I have purchased 4 (black, navy, black with red trim, and red) of these tuxedo/suits, and I will continue to. As far as the waist goes, there is stretchy material in case you gain a few pounds.
Material seems really good considering the price. It comes extremely folded so be prepared to iron your jacket well before you wear it.
